This bird's nest baby shower cake has a bottom tier Chocolate-Almond Spongecake Torte, a middle tier of White Sour Cream Cake with Raspberry-Peach filling, and a top tier of Chocolate Amaretto cake with Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache filling.  All three layers are coated with chocolate ganache and covered with fondant.
